Melted, not as shown, coconut oil

"My product arrived blazing hot, melted and pure white. It is not this color as shown in the photos and smells like straight coconut oil. I tried to use it and I have had no luck with my hormones or any other things it says it does. I feel like I got scammed into buying a 40 dollar jar of coconut oil."
