Our line of Wild Yam Products for both men and women help support the body’s ability to balance itself. Once the body is balanced it can begin functioning at its best

Our Wild Yam products are applied to the inner arms, inner wrists, chests, and abdomen. We suggest you alternate the location with each application. Women will use the products once in the morning and once in the evening. Women will use the product for 3 weeks and take the week of their cycle off. If the women no longer experiences a cycle, she will choose a week to take off and keep that week consistent each month.
Men will use the wild yam cream 1 time a day and will not take any breaks.

Women’s body’s are designed to be cyclical. Taking a week off allows the body to stay in alignment with the rhythm in which it is designed.

Our products are suitable for all skin types, however if you encounter any problems, we suggest discontinuing use.
