How It Works
Follow these easy steps to integrate Genesis Holistic Health Yam Cream into your daily routine
For Women
Apply a pea-sized amount twice a day (AM and PM) to chest, neck, inner thighs, or abdomen, rotating areas each time you apply. Use for 3 weeks and take off for the 4th week (The week you would be menstruating). If no longer menstruating, choose 1 week to take off
For Men
Apply a pea-sized amount in the AM only and do not take a week off.
