DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Women - Apply twice a day (AM and PM), to  chest, neck, inner thighs, chest, inner wrist or abdomen, rotating areas each time you apply. Use for 3 weeks and take offor the 4th week (The week you would be menstruating) If no longer menstrating, choose 1 week to take off.

Men - Apply in the AM only and do not take a week off.

Express Shipping:

If you ordered with Express Shipping to outlying territories/military/or PO Box, your order will be sent out with USPS (5-7 day delivery) 

International Delivery:

Delivery to countries outside of the United States takes anywhere from 5-14 business days once the order is processed. Order processing takes 1-3 business days.
